CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AGREEMENT

Effective Date:

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between National Money League ("Company") and the undersigned individual or entity ("Recipient") for the purpose of protecting confidential information that may be disclosed.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes all business plans, financial projections, market analyses, product strategies, technical specifications, customer information, and any other proprietary information disclosed by the Company in connection with potential investment opportunities.

2. Obligations of Recipient

Recipient agrees to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all information received
• Use information solely for evaluating investment opportunities
• Not disclose information to third parties without prior written consent
• Return or destroy all materials upon Company's request

3. Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of execution.

4. No Grant of Rights

Nothing in this Agreement grants any license or rights to Recipient regarding the Company's intellectual property or business operations.
